Where can I see and buy Milano kitchens?
If you are interested in purchasing a fitted kitchen for your home you can view and buy our products by visiting one of our appointed Milano retailers. Most retailers have several of our ranges on display and many also offer a planning and installation service. To find your nearest retailer please click here.

Can I buy directly from Symphony?
We do not supply directly to the public; to purchase our products you would need to visit your local retailer, who can be found by clicking here. I already have a Symphony kitchen fitted in my home. Can I buy extra units to add onto it?

I am interested in one of your kitchen ranges – how do I find out how much it costs?
Your local retailer will be able to provide you with a price list or a quote tailored to your requirements. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer. Please be aware that we only provide our retailers with recommended retail prices and some retailers may run promotions, so as a result the price quoted may differ slightly between retailers.

I have visited my local Milano stockist but the brochure they gave me doesn’t say Milano on it – why is this?
For certain retailers we produce literature with their own logo and contact details; but although the brochures and price lists may not say Milano on them, the products are exactly the same.

Do you offer a design and installation service?
We don’t offer a design and installation service directly to the public, though all our retailers do offer this service. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer

Do you supply accessories and gadgets to go with your kitchens?
Yes, we offer a wide range of finishing touches including lighting options, worktops, storage accessories, drawer organisers and shelving, plus all our drawered units come with full extension, soft close drawer boxes as standard. It’s up to you how many extras you want to add, from some simple spotlights or a wine rack, right up to illuminated shelving or even a drop down television.

How long will it take for me to receive my furniture?
With the exception of some special order items, all our products are held in stock and delivered to each area of the country once a week. When you place an order the retailer will be able to tell you when to expect delivery.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact the retailer who placed your order and they will assist you with your query.

Do your products come with a guarantee?
All our furniture is manufactured to a very high standard and we are confident that it will give you many years of service, which is why all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the product so please speak to your local retailer or contact us for more information

Who do I contact if I have a technical query?
Your local retailer should be able to assist you with any technical questions you may have, but in the event that they are unable to answer your queries we will provide them with any additional information they require.
